For a walk-thru plan review of new permits (that don't require landscape review) for commercial projects less than $100,000, the process is as follows:
Make appointment at desired time and date.
The plans/application must be brought to the second floor of the Ed Ball Building (214 North Hogan Street) for review and approval by Zoning, Concurrency, and Development Services, and then processed at the Plans Review counter to be assigned a temporary permit number.
This process must be done by the applicant, and may take an hour or more.
Please allow adequate time when scheduling your plan review appointment.
